Classic. American. Muscle.
It’d be tough to separate the strength of our people from the strength of our mowers. Because as tough as our mowers are, they’re no match for the people that design, build, bring to market and sell them as a part of the Bad Boy Mower family. We call it the strength from within. And it’s why you can call a Bad Boy Mower the strongest, most powerful mower—with the cleanest cut—on the planet.
When you choose to purchase a new Branson Tractor, you are not dealing with a distributor but the manufacturer. Branson Tractor is owned by Kukje Machinery, established in 1968. Branson Tractors are built with cast iron axles, transmissions, and rear end housings, along with steel hoods, fenders, and a large open station platform. Our greatest asset is the strength, quality, and features of our tractors. Before you purchase your next tractor, take a few minutes to visit your closest dealer and test drive a Branson Tractor.

The key to a perfect cut is the right type of blade, and those blades have to be SHARP. Today’s modern blades are heat treated and perfectly balanced. Although you can sharpen blades, it’s not worth the effort. Grinding on heat treated steel makes for a very short life of the sharpening. Blades are an inexpensive maintenance item that can make your lawn healthy and look “fairway” smooth.
Nothing will stop your progress faster than a broken belt. Although we don’t like to just change blades for the sake of changing them, it’s important to monitor your belt’s condition. Mowing in heavy or wet grass, mowing too quickly, or mowing very tall grass slows your blade spindles and the belt, but your drive pulleys keep spinning at full speed. This condition creates heat which dries the belt and causes it to stretch. If you throw a belt, chances are you a pushing the belt too hard and it will jump again. We carry all Bad Boy belts for all models and sizes.
Changing filters is an easy way to keep your mower running well. Air, fuel, oil, and hydraulics are all important filters. Mowing in dry grass and dirt is hard on air filters. Using fuel cans and opening your fuel cap in a dusty environment can contaminate fuel, a good fuel filter is key. Come see us at Trinity Tractor for all your filter needs.
Like any engine, your tractor needs regular maintenance to keep it humming along and avoid costly repairs. Changing the oil is part of a regular maintenance schedule, so here’s how often to change the oil, along with everything else you should do.
Since tractors aren’t used like vehicles, maintenance is not measured in miles or months. Instead, it is measured in hours of use. Check your owner’s manual for information specific to your model, but remember, even you don’t use your tractor often, moisture and other contaminants can build up in the engine… sometimes even more when the tractor is parked in a shed for a long time. Bad Boy’s break in oil should be changed after 8 hours of use.
